Q1: How about the warranty?
Machine warranty is one year (12 months), start from the date of shipment.
Note: the parts not under warranty are print head, linear encoder, encoder sensor, ink system (including ink tube, damper,capping, ink pump), USB cable, print head cable, PHOTOPRINT / Maintop dongle and without the authorization of Dongguan Yifang

Q2: About after-sales service

Q3: How about shipment?
1) If the shipping terms based on FOB, we can deliver the goods to any port in China you required ( normally Shenzhen, Guangzhou)or your warehouse. After that, you should arrange your appointed forwarder to pick the goods.
2) If the shipping terms based on EXW, you can arrange forwarder to pick the goods from our factory, or we can arrange to deliver the goods to your appointed warehouse in China (normally Guangdong Province). But you should pay the shipping cost to us or forwarder.
