The YF-3200G UV Roll-to-Roll Printer offers a reliable and efficient printing solution tailored for mid-to-large scale production environments. Designed with flexibility in mind, this model is ideal for businesses specializing in soft signage, decorative prints, and advertising materials.
Equipped with configurable Ricoh Gen5 print heads (supporting 2 to 12 heads), the YF-3200G accommodates various printing modes including 4C, 4C with white and varnish, and dual 4C setups. It delivers a maximum print width of 3200mm with speeds up to 22 nl/h, while maintaining a consistent print resolution of 720×1800 DPI for sharp and vibrant outputs. The printer supports a wide range of media such as backlit film, soft signage, mesh fabric, wallpaper, and synthetic leather, with material thickness up to 3mm.
This system uses eco-friendly UV-LED curing technology and offers optional white ink, varnish, primer, or bright gold hot stamping modules for enhanced finishing effects. Its high-sensitivity anti-collision mechanism, imported chain drive, and industrial-grade structure ensure durability and minimal maintenance. An intelligent ink-level alert system helps prevent interruptions during operation.
Compatible with major RIP software including Photoprint, Onyx, Caldera, and Colorget, the YF-3200G supports standard file formats such as TIFF, PDF, and EPS.
