The YF-1800MH is an industrial-grade UV hybrid printer engineered for high-precision, high-speed production of light box displays and a wide range of flexible and rigid substrates. Designed with a dual-function roll-to-roll and flatbed platform, it offers exceptional versatility for soft films, coated banners, acrylic, wood, ceramic tiles, and 3C products, with a maximum print width of 1800mm and adaptability for materials up to 45mm in height. Equipped with Ricoh GEN5 printheads (configurable from 2 to 8 units), the printer delivers outstanding image quality with a resolution of 720×1800 DPI, achieving speeds up to 25 m²/h in 4PASS mode. Its advanced LED water-cooling curing system ensures consistent ink adhesion and low energy consumption.

Built with a heavy-duty industrial structure, the printer incorporates an automatic height detection system and a highly sensitive carriage protection mechanism for extended operational life and minimal maintenance. Support for multiple printing modes-including 4C, 4C+W, and 4C+W+4C-enables efficient white ink and double-sided printing applications, ideal for high-value display and signage products. Compatible with all major RIP software such as Onyx, Caldera, and Photoprint, it simplifies workflow integration while supporting standard file formats including PDF, TIFF, and EPS.
