Q1: How about the warranty?
Machine warranty is one year (12 months), start from the date of shipment.
Note: the parts not under warranty are print head, linear encoder, encoder sensor, ink system (including ink tube, damper,
capping, ink pump), USB cable, print head cable, PHOTOPRINT / Maintop dongle and without the authorization of Dongguan Yifang
Digital Technology Co., Ltd disassemble parts caused by man-made damage.
Q2: About after-sales service
1) Provide training and guidance of installation, maintenance, etc. and relevant technical support.

Q3: How about shipment?
1) If the shipping terms based on FOB, we can deliver the goods to any port in China you required ( normally Shenzhen, Guangzhou)
