Machine carriage.
For machine carriage, we do separate screws on the head bottom metal. Especially on 4 heads configuration, there is high require on calibration. under this design, we could teach customer do a wonderful jobs:)
Machine pinch roller.
Machine we set many pinch roller on the platform, which can insure the highest resolution. The width of it is 7cm, and every rollers distance is about 2cm. We want to provide the best accuracy:)
Bulk ink tank.
FORTUNE machine use 2L bulk ink tanks on machine. With the distinguish color sticker to separate the color, from the tubes, there are integrated filters, make inks more smoothly enter to head without any impurities:)
Machine take-up system.
Two bars power holding 100% stronger then one bar, that customer could load a heavier materials:)
