No matter what function the universal tablet printer is, it must have the most necessary condition - printing accuracy. So, how to detect printing accuracy? There is a way. Today, let's take the 6090 UV flatbed printer as an example to conduct a three-step test and take a look at the strength of our tablet machine.
1. Print small font measurement accuracy
Firstly, we conducted a small word accuracy test. Print professional test images to check the accuracy of the font. The smallest visible word to the naked eye is 1 mm. The 3mm characters are already very clear, without overlapping shadows, not blurry, and the edges of the characters are clean and neat.
If the font has overlapping shadows, it indicates that there is too much vibration during the printing process of the printer, which may be due to the unreasonable design of the equipment structure, resulting in the inability of the printer nozzle to achieve excellent release of force.
2. Repeated printing to test performance
Secondly, what we do is to repeatedly print and test performance. The stability of the machine is ensured by repeatedly printing the parts accurately. There are two methods to detect: one method is to directly use silk screen to detect the sleeve position. Here we choose the second type of printing "well" characters, repeat printing 10 times, and use a 40x magnifying glass to see. If the overlap is good, the edge transition is smooth, and there is no ink flying, it indicates that this machine is excellent.
3. Quadrilateral diagonals of the same length
Once again, test the diagonal length for quadrilateral printing. What we are doing here is conducting a hundred grid diagonal test. According to the diagonal law of quadrilaterals, if the diagonals are of the same length, then this is a standard rectangle, indicating excellent performance of the machine. From the measured dimensions, it can be seen that the length of the diagonals on both sides is 75cm, and the graphics are very standard.
If the wiring is of different lengths and the printed diagonal has a large error in length, it indicates that the printing accuracy has not reached the standard.
