16 Points Must Be Noted in UV Flatbed Printing Work

Do not move the print head by hand without cutting off the power, as it may damage the head limit switch.
Use the power switch to turn off the device. When the key is pressed, the power will be cut off. Do not unplug the plug or data cable before the power is cut off.
Before moving the equipment, ensure that the print head is in its initial position and secure it by wrapping the machine head and body with cling film.
During the printing process of the UV printer, do not suddenly stop. If you find that the pattern is misaligned or deviated, pause and reset the origin. After pressing the ink, you can continue printing.
If ink sticks to the skin, rinse with soap and water. If ink splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor.
Do not shake the ink bottle as it may cause ink leakage. Before use, gently shake it and slowly guide it into the ink tube.
Place the UV flatbed printer on a level and stable ground. If the ground is uneven and inclined, normal operation cannot be carried out.
Avoid places where temperature and humidity are prone to drastic changes. Avoid direct sunlight, strong light, or heat sources.
Avoid areas that are prone to vibration or shaking and place them in a fixed location.
Leave enough space around the UV printer to ensure proper ventilation and minimal heat dissipation.
Place the UV printer near the wall socket to make it easy to plug and unplug the plug and avoid excessive wiring.
The working temperature of the UV flatbed printer is between 20 ℃ and 25 ℃, and the humidity is between 10% and 20%. The power socket must use a socket with a ground wire terminal, and the ground wire should be a cable containing copper and placed underground at least 650mm.
Do not stand or place heavy objects on the equipment, do not cover the ventilation openings of UV equipment with cloth, do not use damaged cables, and do not use damp hands to plug and unplug electronic plugs.
Before cleaning the UV machine, please turn off the power and disconnect the connecting cables. During transportation, keep the equipment level.
Do not disassemble or remove the motherboard, power supply, or electronic plugs inside the chassis and head at will.
If not used for a long time, it is necessary to remove the print head, empty the ink in the ink cartridge, clean the ink path, and cover the body with a black cloth.
