Notes on printer ink storage

We TOSHIBA LED UV Ink in the storage and management process should pay attention to the following problems:
1. There are certain requirements for the storage environment of TOSHIBA LED UV Ink. The temperature is best controlled at 18 ~ 25℃, and the humidity is best controlled at 55% ~ 65%. The health of the environment is also very important, if there are a large number of dust particles in the air may fall into the UV ink tank or is adsorbed on the surface of the label material, when the ink will fall into the ink, thus affecting the printing quality. UV ink storage is best sealed, avoid dust.
2, storage UV ink should be far away from fire, heat sources, in case of accidents.
3. It is best to keep a constant temperature in the ink warehouse, and the temperature difference between the printing workshop can not be too great. If the temperature difference between the two is large, the ink should be put into the printing shop in advance, not only conducive to the stability of the ink performance, but also to ensure the high efficiency of production.
4, avoid in a dry environment, winter climate is cold, should avoid ink stored outdoors, to prevent ink at low temperature gelling phenomenon. If the ink gelling phenomenon, it can be transferred to a higher temperature in the warehouse, or into hot water, so that the insoluble can be restored to the original state.
5, in the storage and management of ink should also follow the principle of "first in first out", that is, the first purchased ink is used first, to prevent ink due to storage time is too long and affect its use.
6, after printing the remaining ink must be sealed in the dark, in the future production can be reused. Before re-use must be filtered with filter, on the one hand is to mix it fully with new ink on the other hand can effectively prevent UV flatbed printer nozzle blockage.
7, ink also has a certain shelf life, if stored too long, ink formula of various components may occur separation, precipitation phenomenon. Therefore, ink should not be kept for a long time, the general storage period is appropriate to about 1 year, otherwise it may affect the printing quality, and even cause printing failure.
