PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is made by substitution reaction of ethylene, chlorine and catalyst. Due to its fire resistance and heat resistance, PVC is widely used in various products: construction, vehicle and ship manufacturing, furniture, decoration, decoration, advertising production, exhibition signs, city appearance and environmental protection, tourism and other industries.
The width of PVC board is 1220*2440mm, 1560*3050mm, 2050*3050mm, of which 1220*2440mm is the most used. The thickness of the PVC board varies from 1mm to 32mm.
How to choose a good PVC sheet?
Under the same thickness, high-quality PVC sheet has higher density, higher strength, harder surface, not easy to bend, not easy to scratch, not easy to drop ash, and will not turn yellow (white PVC) after long-term use. The poor quality PVC sheet has loose texture, low hardness, uneven surface, and some cut surfaces even have bubble-like lines. Prices also vary. In practical applications, advertisers can select suitable materials according to the material cycle cost reference.
Engraving is the most commonly used and widely used processing method for PVC sheets. In addition, low-density PVC foam sheets are also used to print images, and then slotted into three-dimensional materials for display. PVC board can generally be made by engraving machine after uv flatbed printer printing or hand-made advertising words; it can be sawed, planed, nailed, glued, and has many characteristics such as no deformation, no cracking, and no need to paint (with multiple colors).
