Q1: How about the warranty?
Machine warranty is one year (12 months), start from the date of shipment.
Note: the parts not under warranty are print head, linear encoder, encoder sensor, ink system (including ink tube, damper,capping, ink pump), USB cable, print head cable, PHOTOPRINT / Maintop dongle and without the authorization of Dongguan Yifang Digital Technology Co., Ltd disassemble parts caused by man-made damage.
Q2: About after-sales service
1) Provide training and guidance of installation, maintenance, etc. and relevant technical support.
2) Organize training, exchange of experience in sales and marketing information for the regional agents.
3) On-site service should be made an appointment in advance.
Q3: How about shipment?
1) If the shipping terms based on FOB, we can deliver the goods to any port in China you required ( normally Shenzhen, Guangzhou)
or your warehouse. After that, you should arrange your appointed forwarder to pick the goods.
2) If the shipping terms based on EXW, you can arrange forwarder to pick the goods from our factory, or we can arrange to deliver
the goods to your appointed warehouse in China (normally Guangdong Province). But you should pay the shipping cost to us or forwarder.
3) If the shipping terms based on CIF, we can arrange shipment to your appointed destination port, you need to arrange forwarder
to pick the goods on time.
4) Others shipping terms should be negotiated.
