1. For the purchase of ink
As one of the main consumables of the photo machine, the purchase of ink is very important. It is recommended that users purchase the original ink of the photo machine from the factory, and refuse to use inferior and unknown brand ink. If you choose the latter for cheap, you will not be able to enjoy the quality assurance service provided by the manufacturer, and you will not be able to guarantee the printing effect. The service life is greatly reduced, so that the production efficiency is to a certain extent.
2. For ink storage
In winter or in severe cold weather, ink storage should be kept warm. The temperature and humidity standards of the storage space should meet the following requirements: temperature 15-30°C, humidity 35%-65%. If necessary, a humidifier or air conditioner can be used to ensure a suitable storage environment for ink. If the conditions are really limited, you can take the ink to a space that meets the temperature and humidity in advance a few hours before use, and wait until the ink temperature meets the requirements before using it.
3. Ink stocking
At present, there are many advertising processing factories. In order to reduce the working capital, they often order the next batch of ink after the ink is used up. Although this reduces the company's operating costs, it also brings a drawback: any company's factory ink cannot be used. It is guaranteed that the parameters of different batches are completely consistent, and there may also be a short-term shortage of ink in the ink factory. In view of this, you can keep some more ink for inventory.
In the process of using the photo machine, users should also pay attention to the use of ink at all times. Especially for equipment without "ink shortage alarm function", workers should always pay attention to the ink level to avoid the occurrence of ink outage.
