It can also be tested by screen printing. First print small blue dots, and then print red on the basis of blue. After 40 times magnification, if there is no blue, the accuracy of the machine is high.
3. Diagonal with equal length at four corners
Within the maximum size range of the maximum printing width of the printing machine, after printing, measure the length of the diagonal line with a ruler. According to the law of quadrangle diagonal, if the diagonal lines are equal in length, it is a square; On the contrary, it means that it is no longer a rectangle but a diamond or trapezoid. If a certain length cannot be guaranteed, the rectangle will have a large deviation because its accuracy has not reached the standard.
