Bad operation method
1. Pursuing to shorten printing time without any reason to intervene in the printing process. For example, during the operation of printer, pulling the printing paper by hand can easily damage the paper feeding components of the printer;
2. Often open the printer cover during the printing process, and even manually change the position of the printer's printing components. This is particularly prone to damaging the print head;
3. Failure to turn off the power in a timely manner when making adjustments to the printing process resulted in damage to the printer circuit and related components. Such as damaging the printing port of the printer and the parallel port of the PC, and even causing damage to the PC motherboard.
Users need to understand that large format printer products have unique structures in terms of printing speed, resolution, and paper routing, which require us to be cautious and meticulous in operation. Some careless operations can easily cause printing failures.
Troubleshooting method
So, when our equipment inexplicably encounters problems and we don't know where the problem lies, we can solve it in the following four ways.
1.Static elimination method:
The static electricity in autumn and winter can cause damage to the UV flatbed printer when connected to a power source. At this point, we can connect an external wire to the metal case.
2.Inkjet color too light:
If the inkjet color is too light, it indicates that the UV printing device needs to add ink or that the ink tube is not working. You can use a medical syringe to draw air from the bottom of the ink cartridge until ink enters the syringe, or you can also draw ink from the ink guide tube on the waste ink bottle mouth. Just be careful not to fill up the ink of the external ink cartridge;
3.Stripes appear in the pattern
If the UV flatbed printing device prints pictures with stripes, it is possible that the parts storing the data are dirty. The solution to solve the problem of dirty parts is to wipe the grating strips or gratings; Of course, it is also possible that the print head has been rubbed, bumped, or the nozzle is blocked. You can first open a test page to see if the nozzle is blocked. If so, clean the nozzle;
4.Dripping Ink from the Print Head
No matter how good the UV flatbed printing equipment is, it is possible to encounter ink dripping from the print head. At this point, the problem can be solved by cleaning the rubber ring of the unit, or replacing the rubber ring. At the same time, a cotton ball can be used to gently wipe the bottom of the print head. If the drip ink still exists, check if the external ink cartridge is too high or if there is too much ink in the external ink cartridge.
