Nozzle cleaning
Preparation: There is also a nozzle for the drive circuit in the back of the printer head, so protect the drive circuit by wrapping it in the usual plastic film.
Step 1: Soak in water
Prepare a flat plate, place the nozzle on a plate, and pour the cleaning solution of the universal printer into the plate at the depth of the newly soaked nozzle. Please be careful not to spill water on the power plug and circuit board.
Step two: Clean
1, gently absorb the water mark on the sprinkler head with a damp cloth.
2. Repeat operation on all spraying heads to be cleaned. Every sprayer should be used in a clean area.
3. If the nozzle is blocked, the steaming water skiing can be slightly heated and then poured into the plate. Place the nozzle in a dish, the surface should not be more than 2 CM, as the water will leak out from the back of the chip.
4. Place the nozzle in hot water. Blot the nozzle dry within 30 seconds before running the test.
5. Rinse each nozzle with clean water. (Ultrasonic cleaner can also be used to clean the nozzle)
