YF-N2513A: Industrial UV Flatbed Printer with Gen6 Printhead Technology
The YF-N2513A UV flatbed printer delivers high-performance digital printing for industrial and commercial applications, combining advanced motion control and sixth-generation printhead technology. Equipped with Ricoh Gen6 printheads, this model achieves a 40% higher resolution and 100% increase in speed compared to previous generations, ensuring both precision and productivity.
With a maximum printing area of 2500mm x 1200mm, the printer supports a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates including acrylic, foam, glass, wood, and more, with thickness options up to 10cm as standard. It supports configurations from 2 to 8 printheads and multiple ink options including white, varnish, primer, and gilding varnish, offering exceptional versatility for specialized finishes.
The printer incorporates a linear motor drive system, magnetic raster, and silent guides, enabling a remarkable carriage speed of 2.3m/s. Key features such as the automatic height measurement, anti-collision system, and multi-zone vacuum plate enhance operational safety and media handling. An intelligent temperature control system and separate negative pressure ink supply ensure consistent ink flow and print quality.
Using a water-cooled LED UV curing system, the printer reduces energy consumption while providing instant drying. It supports common file formats including TIFF, PDF, JPG, and AI, and connects via Gigabit Ethernet. The printer operates on a 220VAC (±10%) power supply with a power rating of 5.7KW.
The machine weighs 1500kg and measures 4.5m (L) x 2.0m (W) x 1.4m (H). It is designed for use in a standard, dust-free, and well-ventilated environment with recommended temperatures between 20°C–28°C and humidity levels of 40%–60%.
