The YF-2513F UV flatbed printer is a high-performance industrial printing system engineered specifically for the packaging industry. Designed to deliver exceptional full-color printing on a wide variety of flat surfaces without direct contact, this machine enables precise and vibrant customization on materials including packaging boxes, acrylic, wood, ceramics, metal sheets, PVC, foamboard, and various 3C products. Its non-contact inkjet technology ensures high-quality results across diverse applications such as promotional packaging, decorative glass, leather goods, and advertising signage.

Built with a heavy-duty industrial-grade frame, the printer guarantees outstanding stability and long-term durability. It is equipped with an anti-collision system and an ink tank heating mechanism to maintain optimal viscosity and printing consistency. The advanced UV LED curing system, coupled with a double Y-axis and dual-screw drive powered by imported DC servo motors, ensures smooth operation, high positioning accuracy, and energy-efficient performance.

The machine utilizes Ricoh GEN5 grey-level piezoelectric printheads, configurable from 2 to 12 units, supporting multiple printing modes such as 4C, 6C, white ink, and multi-layer combinations. It offers a substantial printing area of 2400mm x 1200mm with a maximum object height of 100mm. Operators can achieve speeds up to 22 m²/h in 4-pass mode, while maintaining a resolution of 720x1800 DPI for sharp and detailed outputs.

Compatible with major RIP software including Photoprint, Onyx, Caldera, and Colorget, the system supports TIFF, PDF, JPEG, and EPS file formats. Data is transmitted via USB 3.0 for high-speed processing. It operates on a 220VAC (±10%) single-phase power supply at 50/60 Hz, with a total power consumption of 4.8KW.
