The digital textile printer directly prints the dye (or paint) ink on the surface of the fabric through the computer and RIP control software, and the digital printing machine that forms the required pattern and color is called the digital direct injection printing machine.
The digital textile printer can be used not only for the printing of cotton, linen, silk, wool and other natural fiber fabrics, but also for the printing of chemical fiber and its blended fabrics. The main applied inks are dispersion, reactive, acid dyes and coatings.
Digital textile printer are widely used, as long as the corresponding dye (or paint) ink is selected according to different fiber fabrics, most textiles that can be colored can be applied to this type of digital printing machine. However, some treatments must be done before and after printing, such as sizing (or coating pre-treatment agent), steaming (or baking), washing, color fixing, finishing and so on.
