Common malfunctions
1. The printer can't automatically re-wrap faults:
When the printer cannot automatically re-wrap during the printing process, the printing work cannot be completed. The problem can be solved by modifying the registry.
Solution:
Expand the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers" subkey in the opened registry editor window and change the "PruneDownlevel" value to "2". After restarting the computer, the fault disappeared.
2. When printing ink is sparse, and the handwriting cannot be identified:
Solution:
printer
The fault is mostly due to the long-term unused printer or other reasons, causing the ink delivery system obstruction or nozzle blockage. If the nozzle is not clogged very badly, just perform the cleaning operation on the printer directly. If there is still no effect after cleaning for many times, you can remove the ink cartridge (for printers with a non-integrated ink cartridge nozzle, you need to remove the nozzle, but you need to be careful), soak the nozzle in warm water for a while, be careful not to put the circuit board Part of it is also immersed in water, otherwise the consequences will be disastrous. Use absorbent paper to absorb the water droplets, and then clean the nozzle several times after installation.
3. After replacing the new ink cartridge, the \ink out\light on the panel is on when the printer is turned on
Under normal circumstances, the \"ink out\" light will only turn on when the ink has run out. After replacing the new ink cartridge, the "ink out" light on the printer panel is still on. This kind of failure occurs. One is that the ink cartridge is not installed properly, and the other is that the old ink cartridge is taken off and replaced when it is turned off. New ink cartridge. After replacing the ink cartridge, the printer will charge the ink delivery system, and this process cannot be performed in the shutdown state, making the printer unable to detect the reinstalled ink cartridge. In addition, some printers use an electronic counter inside the printer to count the ink volume (especially in the statistics of the amount of color ink used). When the counter reaches a certain value, the printer judges that the ink is exhausted. During the ink cartridge replacement process, the printer will reset its internal electronic counter to confirm that a new ink cartridge is installed.
Solution: Turn on the power and move the print head to the ink cartridge replacement position. After installing the ink cartridge, let the printer charge the ink. After the ink filling process is over, troubleshoot the fault.
