For your better use and production in the coming year, please follow the steps below to seal the nozzles to moisturize them before the equipment stops. Inkjet printing machine maintenance (water-based and eco solvent ink)
1 Make a nozzle test first to confirm the state of the nozzle. If the needle is blocked, clean it until the test strip reaches the best state. Press the left button of the machine panel to move the spray truck to the middle of the platform.
2 Please use distilled water for indoor unit, and use the solvent cleaning solution for the outdoor unit, pour into the ink absorption pad, and be careful not to overflow.
3 Press the confirmation button on the panel, the spray truck will automatically return to its original point. After the ink stack component rises, the ink pad matches the print head and shuts down. Unplug the power cord.
4 Pour out the waste ink, and fold the waste ink tube and tie it with a cable tie. In case of emergency, ensure that the nozzle does not leak air.
Check the 4 color ink cartridges to ensure that the 4 color ink levels are at the same level.
5Lubrication and maintenance of mechanical guide rails to ensure the accuracy of the guide rails (purchase solid grease to the machine guide rails)

1 Prepare a bottle of manufacturer-specific UV cleaning solution in advance, and a roll of corrosion-resistant PP wrapping film.
2. Press the ink, wipe the nozzle, and clean the bottom of the cart with UV cleaning solution.
Hit the nozzle test to confirm the nozzle status! If there is a blocked needle, please clean it until the test strip reaches the best condition!
3.Close the ink valve, close the software, shut down the computer and then power off.
4 Cut a one-meter winding film and stick it to the floor of the spray truck in the middle, and then flatten it with the ink beads on the nozzle surface. Paste the extra part of the wrapping film around the spray truck, and then wrap the entire car head with the wrapping film.
5Finally cover the head with a black light cloth to prevent the nozzle from seeing light and preventing dust and sun.
