Daily boot steps
1. Turn on the computer and turn on the main power of the machine
2. Open the printer control software
3. Machine self-checking action (waiting for initialization to complete)
4. Load the material, press the left and right paper sheets to press the material to set the white edge (to prevent the material from lifting)
5. Clean the ink stack scraper every morning to prevent particles from drying out when the scraper does not work at night, which will cause the particles to scrape the ink on the surface of the nozzle and cause blockage. (Note: clean it with cleaning fluid)
6. Click on software cleaning
7. Print and detect the state of the nozzle (confirm the state is full of needles)
8. Can be produced normally
Daily shutdown steps
1. Print head status (confirm full needle status)
2. Close the software
3. Wait for the ink stack to rise and fall automatically, extract the waste ink, complete the self-inspection, and seal the ink pad and nozzle for moisture.
4. Turn off the machine
5. When the machine does not work at night, the valve of the large supply cartridge is closed, and the ink pump is stuck, (to prevent drainage)
6. Turn off the computer
Usual Precautions
1 Machine working environment: dark, dustproof, temperature 18℃-28℃, humidity 40%-70%
2. Clean the ink stack scraper every morning to prevent the scraper from drying and producing particles when it does not work at night, which will cause cleaning and scraping on the surface of the nozzle and cause plugging.
Note: Clean the blade with cleaning fluid
It is forbidden to use alcohol to wipe the surface of the nozzle and the scraper. If there is a problem, the consequences will be at your own risk.
3. Only one color is printed in normal production. Other colors may dry out during machine operation, resulting in voids or plugging (suggestion: click to set the color bar in the software, and adjust the actual density of the color bar according to the actual situation)
4. Before leaving get off work every day, print the status of the nozzle, confirm the full needle, and save it
5. When the machine has no order, please make sure to turn it on once a day, print 1200x500mm black, blue, red and yellow, color blocks, and check
6. When the print head is full of needles, turn off the machine (to prevent the ink from depositing and deteriorating, which may lead to hair loss)
7. If there is a lot of dust in the work room, it is recommended to cover the machine with a piece of cloth (to prevent the dust from adhering to the grating, which may cause inaccurate reading of data, resulting in dislocation and garbled characters)
8. The X-axis guide rail should be wiped with a small amount of low-fat lubricating oil every month for maintenance
9. Equipment should be kept clean and tidy every day
Holiday shutdown maintenance
1. Turn on the computer and machine, use the cleaning solution to clean the scraper
2. Open the software, wait for the connection to be normal, clean it normally, and print out a complete test strip to save the file
3. Click to install ink for 40 seconds, and then turn off the machine directly. At the back of the machine, the ink tube is tied with a rolling belt to prevent ink loss, the valve of the large supply ink cartridge is closed, and the ink pump is stuck, (to prevent the ink loss of the ink pad)
4. Turn off the power of the machine, after turning off the software computer and voltage stabilizer, cover the machine with a shading cloth, and do a good job of preventing dust and light.
(The above method can be maintained for 10 days)
Holiday boot steps
1. Turn on the computer and the machine, use the cleaning solution to clean the scraper (clean the scraper to prevent dust)
2. The large supply cartridge valve is opened, the ink pump buckle is opened, and the ink tube strip is released
3. Shake the secondary ink cartridge and the large supply ink cartridge (you need to shake the ink if it has not been used for a long time)
4. Open the software, wait for the connection to be normal, install the ink for 1 minute, and operate it twice (if it has not been used for a long time, the ink deposited in the pipeline needs to be drawn out)
5. Click Clean to print the test strip (the test strip is not complete and clean several times to print the color block)
6. Print out the complete test strip
