Inkjet printing machine maintenance (water-based and eco solvent ink)
1. Make a nozzle test first to confirm the state of the nozzle. If the needle is blocked, clean it until the test strip reaches the best state. Press the left button of the machine panel to move the spray truck to the middle of the platform.
2. Please use distilled water for indoor unit, and use the solvent cleaning solution for the outdoor unit, pour into the ink absorption pad, and be careful not to overflow.
3. Press the confirmation button on the panel, the spray truck will automatically return to its original point. After the ink stack component rises, the ink pad matches the print head and shuts down. Unplug the power cord.
4. Pour out the waste ink, and fold the waste ink tube and tie it with a cable tie. In case of emergency, ensure that the nozzle does not leak air.
Check the 4 color ink cartridges to ensure that the 4 color ink levels are at the same level.
5.Lubrication and maintenance of mechanical guide rails to ensure the accuracy of the guide rails (purchase solid grease to the machine guide rails)
