The YF-1800ML is a versatile belt-type UV hybrid printer designed for high-quality printing on a wide range of flexible and rigid substrates. Engineered with industrial-grade components, it supports Ricoh Gen5, Gen6, or Epson 13200 printheads, configurable from 2 to 8 units, ensuring high precision and reliability across various applications. With a maximum print width of 1800mm and compatibility with materials such as soft film, coated banner, 3P cloth, glass, ceramic, acrylic, and PVC-each with a thickness of up to 20mm-this system delivers both flexibility and performance. It achieves print speeds of up to 15 m²/h while maintaining a high resolution of 720×1800 DPI, making it suitable for detailed graphic output on both roll-to-roll and flatbed media.
A key feature of this printer is its industrial negative pressure system, which enables stable ink supply and consistent high-speed operation. The use of eco-friendly UV odorless inks ensures vibrant colors and smooth printing, particularly ideal for leather pattern applications and other premium surfaces. Users can select from multiple printing modes including 4C, 4C+W, 4C+W+V, and 2*4C, with optional white ink and varnish or specialty coatings such as bright gold thermoprint for enhanced finishes. The LED curing system offers energy-efficient and instant drying, reducing production downtime. Compatible with mainstream RIP software-including Onyx, Caldera, and Photoprint-the printer supports standard file formats such as TIFF, PDF, and AI, and includes a USB 2.0 interface for efficient data transfer.
